Science - Pam visited again bringing a variety of skulls for the kids to use their scientific knowledge about the food webs to identify. All were mammals from the state of Iowa.
Field Trip! In keeping with our Chocolate theme for our school wide book, The Chocolate Touch, we visited the Kalona Chocolates store.
Fall Party Fun!
Field Trip - The entire school traveled to the MP High School to see the first act of Willy Wonka. The high school will be performing the play this weekend. Tickets are still available!
Bus Safety Drills - The MP bus drivers came and visited with the kids about proper bus safety and bus expectations. Theresa also had a bus there filled with smoke that the kids could look inside and see how smokey a bus could get during an accident.
Since it is chocolate week, a fun way to practice our spelling!
